How long will my flowers stay fresh?
With proper care, most of our arrangements last between 5 to 7 days. We include a care guide and flower food with every order to maximize longevity.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
While we cannot guarantee an exact minute, you can choose between morning (9 AM - 12 PM) and afternoon (1 PM - 5 PM) delivery windows during checkout.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:00 PM local time, Monday through Saturday.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
If a secure location is available, our courier will leave the flowers and notify the recipient. Otherwise, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery.
Are the bouquets exactly as shown in the pictures?
We strive for accuracy, but since flowers are seasonal products, slight substitutions may occur. We ensure the overall style and value remain consistent.
Do you provide international shipping?
Currently, we specialize in domestic floral delivery to ensure maximum freshness upon arrival.
